Magic bullet looks crashing ae

I recently got a new PC and installed after effects cc 19 / specs: 4gb ram / Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400

The issue is when I drag magic bullet looks on an adjustment layer after effects gives me a crash message I installed different versions still the same can anyone help?

This will never work. Your computer is way too weak and MB Looks requires a NVidia or AMD card, anyway. You may want to study the system requirements for AE and the plug-ins.
