Making multiple new layers from multiple masks on one layer

Hey guys,

Wondering if there's a quick way to do this to save me time. I have multiple masks on one layer, each mask highlighting a Facebook comment that I'd like to have on a separate layer, with the aim of creating a new comp that includes comments only and discards those not highlighted.

I know I can duplicate the layer with all masks and delete all but one mask, but is there a simple method? Maybe there's a hidden 'Make multiple layers from masks' shortcut that I am yet to learn?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
