Making Object Talk

Any effect you have ever seen in a movie or video can be created with After Effects, but you will probably need to invest in some 3rd party effects and/or scripts. 

The talking statue can be done in AE, but it will require doing some prep work in other apps, and it will be easier to finalize in AE if you spend a few dollars. It is not going to be a one-click one effect project.
