Map Graphic, move background keeping pin centre

Hey all,
I am trying to animate a map illustration. I have a circle centered in my project over a start line (which is the route), I am wanting to move the map so the line to flows through the centre of the circle, keeping the circle pin centered in my project. How can I make the background move through while keeping the pin fixed?
