Mapping book graphic to a video

Well, first advice: If the original creator does not provide a better way to customize his stock art, you need to find alternatives. Which kind of is the point. You would either have access to the original 3D sources or an already pre-animated AE project where you just replace the content. This could for all intents and purposes could also be an UV pass rendered from a 3D program to be used with respective plug-ins. With those things being absent, you just have to try matching things e.g. using Bezier Warp, but of course it will simply require a lot of keyframes. Other than that you can always forego the rigors of such a tedious job and create your own page turn using the respective effect in AE, it just won't match with the rendered pages and you will have to insert it at the end where the blank pages begin to appear. Again, my advise would be to simply find a better project. I'm sure Videohive, Envato or even Adobe Stock have similar stuff and you likely could even find a downloadable project for free from a YouTube tutorial somewhere.
