mask won't remove from background

Hi friends,

I have a weird problem, but i once made a mask with rotobrush, and now it keeps popping up in the background of every project i make. It doesn't show in the project itself, like i can't click on it. now i just put a black solid over it but it's very weird. Does anyone else have this problem?
