Massive Ram Errors and PC Crashes

I'm running a newer desktop (Ryzen 9 CPU, 64 gigs of ram and an RTX 3060) with AE 2023 version installed. There have been times when using After Effects and multitasking (using other Adobe apps like Illustrator or Premiere, web browser, etc.), my entire system has crashed. The warnings are always ram related, which is surprising, considering the nature of my computer being even more powerful than my last system.

In the settings of all my Adobe programs, I always set the ram slider in the performan area (the one that decides how much ram to reseved for Adobe vs other programs) to give After Effects as much as possible. And it leaves very little for the other programs.

I'm wondering if this error is something I'm causing because of this? Is that what could be causing the crashes? Because when the other apps are being used at the same time, Adobe has the resources tied up?

Also, the errors/crashes almost never happen if I just run one Adobe app at a time.

Without the actual crash logs we can't really tell you much. Most likely it's simply a combination of your graphics driver running out of resources with multiple apps in combination with things like zapping through apps causing lots of disk activity.

Have you used the third party plugins? The isssu may be related to the multi-frame rendering. You also update the plug-ins or turn off the option of the multi-frame rendering.
