Match color between MP4 export and still frame export?

I’m working in After Effects and I’m trying to get a solid color to match between my MP4 outputs and still frame JPEGs. There’s a slight shift that’s visible when comparing them. Is there some color profile sorcery I need to figure out or is this just tilting at windmills?
