MBL problem with "Edit"

Question

When i try press button "Edit" ( https://imgur.com/a/QFFb4bK ) , she doesnt work. I have reinstalled AE many times, reinstalled the plugin itself, but all to no avail, however, what is worth noting is that if I take a ready-made preset on MBL (without using "Edit"), it will work perfectly.
Does anyone know what this could be related to? Please, I don't know what to do anymore

I think it could be related to file directories, since for example I don't have a LooksBulder folder in "Program Files(x86)", although I am most likely wrong

Are you referring to Magic Bullet Looks? If yes, I'd suggest contacting the plug-in manufacturer and see if they can help. In most cases, updating the plug-in helps.
