Me salen 2 errores seguidos que no me dejan trabajar o hacer preview.

y "After Effects Warning: Unknown Exception"

 

He intentado reiniciar el computador, y reinstalar el programa, pero persiste el problema, no sé como contactar a soporte, parece ser que la única ayuda puede provenir del foro, lo cual me desanima un poco 😞

Check your hardware acceleration settings and delete the prefs to rebuild them with defaults.
