Media Encoder

Exported a project to Media Encoder for render but after viewing the video playback when finished, 

i noticed that my motion tracking was out by a few frames. So tried same render without ME 

instead. Larger file size, but no issues at all with final output.

Just dont understand why had that glitch after rendering in ME?
