Media Encoder cannot upload the file from AE

Hi,

When adding to Media Encoder Queue (from After Effects) the file cannot be uploaded.

I have done this before and it worked.

The file is 727 k. 17 seconds.

Both ME and AE are the same version, 2023.

I have also tried as suggested on:

Choose Composition > Add to Render Queue. From the Render Queue, click Queue in AME.

But the project cannot be opened.

And of course I closed both programmes and computer and restarted several times.

What can I do?
