Media Encoder Not Rendering since the 2022 update

Hello, Since updating to the new version of After Effects and Media Encoder I can't get anything rendered.

This is a huge blocker for me and my work and I tried everything I could find on the internet and had no luck.

Basically when I try and add to AME que from AE, most of the time the comp never gets transferred to AME, when I drag the comp from AE to AME, I can see the comp in AME but It doesn't start rendering.

If I export to mov from AE renderer and add the mov to AME to try and convert it to H264 the renderer doesn't start. 

Please for god's sake, someone tell me what to do. Before the update, everything was working fine.

Btw, I'm using a 2020 Macbook Pro with an intel i5 processor.
