After updating the latest version Media Encoder v24 crashes all the time. and I uninstalled the latest version to the previous version, but still, the crash happened. what to do next.

close all adobe apps with task anager, delete adobe folder in documents and then open Media encoder again
if doesn't work right click on media encoder application
uncheck Read-only and then go to compatibility panel and check "Run this program in compatibility mode"
and select windows 8

You've posted this into the After Effects bug forum, but are saying Media Encoder is crashing. Can you describe the steps you are taking that leads to a crash and how AE is involved? Are there any messages or other information that appear before/around the crash?
