Mercury GPU Acceleration dropdown not showing in after effects

hello!

In my after affect GPU acceleration option is not showing?

In project setting>Video Rendering and Effects      there is only one option and that is" Mercury Software Only"

If I go to prefences It shows CUDA is enabled

The Suspects of my system are as

Dell M8000

2 GB Dedicated GPU  Nividia Geforce Quadro 3000M 

8GB RAM

Windows 10

After Affect version CC 2019

I have all the drivers updated. I searched all internet and saw hundreds of adobe support community posts but didn't get a solution 

Can anybody please help me?
