Merge image with video?

Hi,

Just wondering if there's a way to merge/glue an image to a video?

By that I mean, I have a pair of glasses that I have put over the person's face in the video, but a few short seconds after, the camera zooms in to a portion of the screen, but the glasses move out of place. I was just wondering how I would get the glasses to stay in place like they're part of the video? Is there a way of merging the image with the footage?

I hope I explained it right, sorry I'm really new to After Effects.

Any help would be much appreciated.
