Meu after effects está crashando e eu acabei de instalar ele: After Effects error: Crash in progress

Meu AE sempre funcionou de boa, hoje tive que formatar meu PC, fiz isso e agora que estou tentando instalar os programas, todos estão funcionando, menos o After, que está aparecendo esse erro, não sei mais o que fazer. 

Versão do After: 22.0 

Config do PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RX 580 8GB
RAM: 24GB 3200MHZ

Start by deleting the preferences and consider reinstalling AE. Anything more would require soem actual crash log, though if you re-installed your entire machine it is most likely that you missed some DLL or a driver, so check your device manager and Windows Update.

Sorry for the crash.

How do you launch After Effects? Do you double-click a project file or click its icon? Try launching it from the Creative Cloud desktop app. Also, check if there are any updates available for Windows.
