Meu after effects não reproduz quando eu aperto a tecla espaço

Opa, estou com um problema aqui, meu after não pré renderiza (não dá preview) eu aperto a tecla espaço e ele fica congelado em uma imagem, a agulha fica mexendo na timeline, mas o vídeo não aparece..

Olá,

SO: Windows 10 Home

CPU: Intel I3 6100U 2.30GHz

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520

RAM: 4 GB DDR3

Já tentei limpar o cachê e nada, eu reinicio o after effects, quando abro ele da preview algumas vezes, e depois fica travado em uma imagem.

Estou utilizando o Element 3D

Thanks for the details. It helps. The minimum RAM required for the smooth functioning of Ater Effects is 16 GB. I think the low RAM is creating the issue.
