It would help if you had a shot of a male that does the same basic actions as the female, and it needs to be slightly bigger so you can remove the background of the shot and just lay the male over the top of the woman. 

The biggest problem with something like this is hiding the woman. If you rotoscope the body to remove it, you have to do something to fill in the background where the hole is. Sometimes you can borrow frames from before or after the movement, but the process is incredibly difficult, time-consuming, and requires a lot of skill and experience.
