missing adobe folder

i just downloaded after effects 2021 and i went to go put in my user presets i have saved but when i go to documents > adobe the after effects 2021 folder isnt there. i have others like 2020 and 2022 but not 2021 and idk how to get it back

Hi there,

 

We appreciate you writing in. In addition to what the expert has suggested, could you share the screenshots of the creative cloud desktop application where it shows the app is installed and the Adobe folder where the 2021 folder is missing(as you mentioned)?

 

We'll look into the issue.

You can always create it manually. Other than that you may need to reinstall your programs with sufficient user privileges after checking and fixing the premissions of the parent folders. This could be one of those myraid weird quirks, especially on a Mac.
