Missing Buttons

Hey team, 

Trying to learn some basics as a beginner in AE. Following the recommended tutorial within the app -  '3D animation from a 2D design'. Trying to access the ‘classic3D’ button and the ‘draft 3D’ button above and below the comp panel, but they’re not showing up for me…? I have attached some screenshots of what I mean… with the tutorial paused with what I am trying to find. 

If someone can please help me that would be great - perhaps just something I am missing here.
