missing data in file (33::4)

i have been working on a little project when suddenly i went to open it and it always popped up with an error that said missing data in file (33::4). ive tried the methods shown other places form people with the same problem but then wont work for me. anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

The terrifying news fo you is that your file is a goner, if you haven't regularly saved copies or made backups. There's pretty much no way to repair damaged Ae files if impoirting them in a clean project or opening with capslock don't work.
