missing formats in output module settings?

This is my first time exporting a project with AE, I went to the output module settings hoping to export my composition in Quicktime format but I only have the options to export in AIFF/MP3 and in sequences? Does anyone know how I can fix this and export it in Quicktime?

I use AE CC 2018 version 15.0 btw.

The designed workflow is to use Adobe Media Encoder for exports.

There you'll find all container and codecs.
