If you understand Mixamo, then you know what kind of animation. Whether 24 FPS, or 30 FPS is irrelevant. You import FBX files into AfterEffects and into Element 3D by importing. Going around being an Adobe Karen is of no use to anyone either, Mylo. You either know the problem or you don't. I figured it out, btw.

If anyone is having issues with Mixamo animations sliding around in AfterEffects, you just can't reposition them. Leave them where they are and they should be fine.

You need to be much more specific and provide details about what kind of animation, how it's imported into AE, framerates and whatever else may be relevant along with screenshots or clips illustrating the issue. Just saying that your animation slides around is of no use to anyone.
