Mocha crashes for me. Is there someway to replace a mask with an image and have it follow the...

Mocha crashes for me so I'm looking for some way to accomplish this without using mocha. Is there someway to replace a mask i have created over a video layer with an image and have it follow the tracked mask (while fitting nicely in the boundaries of the mask)? So I tracked the mask i manually added on the video and i can see the points, how can I apply this to a image layer so the image fits nicely into where the mask is..? (Similar to what many do with mocha, but without mocha...) I hope my question makes sense, thanks!
