Mocha shape plugin missing CC2019?

I opened an old AE project with few rotoscope video elements.

They have the Mocha Shape plugin but now it is missing?

Wasn't it a standard plugin for AE?

The videolayer now has 6 'missing' plugins, how do I activate them?

Where can I find that plugin?

I installed the 'mocha shape for After Effects.plugin' from CC2017!

strange you have to do this manually.
