.MOGRT bounding box to break off sentences.

Question: Is there a way to make the sentences cut off right before the boundaries of the box automatically?

I like to make an information slide in After Effects for a project that has a title on top and text in a designated space under it.
For this I want to make a MOGRT. This way I can adjust it in Premiere Pro
When I paste new text, each time I would love to have it automatically fit in this bounding box, as for now I have to adjust the length of each sentence manually.

As mentioned above, create a Paragraph Text bounding box (by dragging the text tool in the preview window).

Set the justification of the paragraph text to Justify All, or whatever your preference, from the Paragraph pane.
