Mogrt protected region not working in Premiere with external plugins in Ae comp

After last update, the broken dynamic link with Mogrt was fixed, but not completely.

Now I and my client has an issue with protected regions not working in templates, built with the use of any external plugin.

it works well with native plugins, but with use of 3d stroke, yy_ramp or Tciik stroke protected region is ignored in Premiere.
