Morphing organic and destructured

Question

Hello everyone, I would like to have all the effects that were used in this video, I wonder how was made the morphing if it is an effect or a plugin I do not know.
For the moment to get closer I used the morphing effect of Premier pro with a curve of speed and a Time Displacement on After Effects but I don't get the same result.
In this video I like this organic, destructured effect and I especially like that the effect is not perfect and that we see artifacts.

That's not one effect on one layer. There is a lot of masking, tracking, distorting, and blending going on.
