Motion Blur not working on 3D layers

My motion blur is not working on my 3D layers, I recently downloaded After Effects 2022 as part of my school subscription but I've been editing for 5-6 years now and this has never happened to me. On my previous versions, I never had any issues with motion blur. Keep in mind that this is on Final Quality, Classic 3D render and is a very fast motion so the motion blur should be obvious. Also, it was working fine with motion blur but when i went to add my second clip the motion blur disappeared and also doesn't show on that clip. Can someone help?
