Motion Tile not working.

Question

My Motion tile effect isnt working at all. I add it to a clip, and I go to put on mirror edges and then change the tile height and width, but they cant go over 100. This happens even when i close the application down and open it up to make a new project, please help. I can provide more screenshots if need be. Apologies if the one  below is useless.

Not sure what you hope to seee. Of course a full comp-sized source will not show anything unless you scale it. The effect probably works just fine, you just don't seem to miss that little bit. Pre-compose the footage and scale it or increase the comp size.
