Move frame by frame shortcuts stopped working

All my shortcuts to move frame by frame stopped working and I don't know why. Even if I change the key to the shortcut, it still doesn't work. I tried different compositions and projects and the error persists. Other shortcuts seems to be working fine.

I already tried resetting preferences, update amd reinstall After Effects, change shortcuts, keyboard language. Nothing works. Someone had this problem or know why it could be happening?
