Moving all content forward in a single comp

Hello, 

Is there a way to move every keyframe and layer forward by the same amount after a specific point in time? I need to lengthen one layer by about five seconds, but it seems onerous/unnecessary to have to go into every precomp and move things forward manually. 

Any help would be appreciated!
