Question

Muted audio track in AE is being mixed in when importing as composition into Premiere

I have a simple AE composition, blending 2 videos.  One of the videos is fully muted in AE.  I turned the volume off.  Additionally, I put in an audio transform on it to minimum decibels.  However, when I import my composition into Premiere pro, the muted audio is blended/mixed in with the composition

If someone knows what I'm doing wrong, please help me, thank you.

Mute the audio track in PrPro and that's all.

    Many solutions:

1 - Find the problem audio track in Premiere Pro after import and mute it

2 - Export the correct audio from After Effects and replace it in the Premiere project

3 - Render the video directly from After Effects

Whjy don't you render it out without an audio track?

As long as the audio track exists in AE, it will transfer over to PPro.
