MXF files freezes on import

Greetings,

 

since the last update, I'm having major issues importing MXF files in After effects, Premiere and Encoder, any suggestions on what to do?

    Hey there, I've got the same problem!

    Even having an MXF file as a POSSIBLE file to import into my project crashes my whole program...

    I've done the whole uninstall/reinstall, media cache delete/restart thing so many times I'm going nuts....I've even installed older versions of PP as a workaround but ALL is to no avail....
    SPECS:

    Windows 11,

    NVIDIA  RTX 4060ti w/ newest STUDIO driver

    32gb RAM

     

    I've had to delete ALL mxf files from my pc and revert to shooting videos in HD mp4....
    I'm afraid there may be a deeper problem at the root which this is only a symptom of..... 😕😕

    I would like to know is there an Adobe support team that can solve this issue, or is just us users who chat about problems?

    I' thinking maybe windows 11 has something to do with this. Windows explorer for example. Just a guess.
