My AE CC 2019 can't be opened after it crashed

I have tried to download a new trial version of AE CC 2019, but it just can't run despite I have my latest macOS. Someone please help me

Have you already installed and uninstalled the trial?

If so, you can't run the trial any longer without purchasing a subscription and signing in.
