My AE Composition Preview Resolution is stuck.

Sorry I'm new to adobe, I just transferred and I can't figure out how to widen the video resolution/ something like that. My composition settings are 1920x1080 but I've tried fixing this small screen resolution with Scale Composition, and it still doesn't work. I have no idea how to fix this.

      Your magnification menu, in the bottom/left of the composition panel is set to 1.5 %. Change it to “Fit to 100%” so that it will fit your available screen space.

      Spend a couple of minutes with the User Guide to learn how to use the UI. With the composition panel or the timeline active, the / key will set the magnification ratio to 100%, Shift + / will fit the comp frame to the comp panel. You will never learn how to use AE efficiently by just poking around in the app or watching a few amateur tutorials on YouTube.
