My AE is zoomed in?

Hey,

So, I use After Effects 2019 and my workspace is very zoomed in and I don't really know why. I didn't click on anything what I know, to make it look like this. I have tried to reset my workspace multiple times but nothing happens. It's like my whole AE is zoomed in and I don't know if the problem is in AE or my computer. When i zoom in, it's just the view who zooms in and when i zoom out it's still the view.
