my ae starting crashing without any reason when i add a video file ,i havent change anything and i did everything.how can i fix it

hi

when im opening a video on ae in a minute ae crashes,i was using it for a lot time and i didnt do anithing like aded plugins or updates,it just started from nowere.I have tried everything but still i cant fix the crashing

    Hey, sorry you’re running into this! As Rob asked, does AE crash with every video or just one specific file?

    Could you share your exact AE version, system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, and GPU), and the video’s format and where it came from? Also, let us know what fixes you’ve already tried so we don’t repeat them.

    If you see an error message or crash report, please share those details too.

    Is it always happening with the same video file? If so the video file may be corrupt.
