Question

My after doesn't work with my monitor

I have been having a problem in the preview of my after, where it had like freezing, and I didn't understand why this was happening, since previously it worked super well, now I discovered the problem by chance, but I still can't find a solution.
I have two monitors, one of 144 Hz and the other of 60 Hz, obviously my main screen is the 144 which is the largest and I do all my work on it, by pure chance I opened the program on the 60 screen, and surprise. , it worked great without a single freeze, but when I moved the project to the other screen everything was horrible again. If this somehow helps a little more to find a solution, I'm looking forward to it because the truth is that I wouldn't want to work on such a small screen.

Would you try to update your graphic card driver?

Yes, it was the first thing I did, and it still doesn't work, I have changed to another much more powerful monitor and still, the only one that still has no problems is the small 60Hz monitor.
My computer is an NVDIA 3060, with 32 RAM, in case that information is of any use.
