my after effects app keeps crashing ever y time i tried open new composition with 4D CINEMA

OS, AE, and system details would help us help you. 

Try turning Caps Lock on before you try and import an AEP that uses the C4D rendering engine. That will give us a clue. If it is a C4D/Graphics Driver issue, the AEP might open just fine with Caps Lock on because it won't try and render anything.
