My after effects preview wont play.

I know lots of people have had this problem, and none of the suggested soloutions have worked for me. I have tried restarting, reloading, etc and still nothing. One frame has loaded and nothing else. here is a picture.

    Sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Are they screen-recorded footage?
