My After Effects won't open even I updated it to latest version on my m1 macbbok pro

I need to use my ae but this happened

I even restarted my mac, logged out and logged in, it is still like this

please help, thank you in advance 🙂

If you have any problem with an update, open the Creative Cloud App/All Apps page. Find After Effects and click on the three dots to the right of the Open button. Choose Other versions and roll back to a previous version. 

 

If that does not solve your problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If that does not fix the problem, trash your preferences.
