Soo.

Ive been trying to work this out but there is no way I can find out a solution. I tried rasterizing the layers but still, nothing happens.  My layers always come out jagged even if I try to use the AE pen tool. help me please.

You are zoomed in 800 percent. It is going to appear pixellated. Everything in AE is based on your scene size(pixels). So if your scene is 1920x1080 and you are zoomed in 800% then you are definitely going to see this result. Viewing it at 100% is going to give you the accurate representation of your end product.

When using Illustrator footage, I use Continually Rasterize / Collapse Transformations

May I ask why you rasterized them? Are you planning on using effects on the layers?
