My arc a750 is Not working In after effect

I started Using Arc a750 1 month ago and upgraded to Lastest after effect now . I saw Its taking way to long to a Preview In Timeline Of after effect in 1080 p . My Gpu is almost similar as the RTX 3060 ti . My Friend can playback in his pc almost 10 x speed . I think My After effect does not support arc a750 yet and facing almost smae issu in Adobe premiere pro . PLease Help someone
