Hi,

Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

1.Check your audio settings: Go to Preferences > Audio Hardware and make sure your
audio output is set to the correct device.

2.Update your audio drivers: Make sure your audio drivers are up to date by going to the
manufacturer's website and downloading the latest drivers.

3.Disable OpenGL: In some cases, enabling OpenGL in After Effects can cause audio
issues. Go to Preferences > Display and disable OpenGL.

4.Disable Hardware Acceleration: Go to Preferences > Display and disable Hardware Acceleration.
This can sometimes resolve audio issues when using 3D in After Effects.

5.Reduce the number of layers: If you have a lot of layers in your project, try reducing the
number of layers to see if that resolves the audio issue.

6.Render the audio separately: If all else fails, you can try rendering the audio separately
from the video and then syncing the two in a video editing software.

I hope one of these solutions helps you resolve your audio issue in After Effects!

3D layers take longer to render and store in Ram. You need to wait for the Ram Preview to render fully. You can set a preference to mute the audio if playback is not real-time. You can also set the Comp Resolution to Auto (it looks like you have done that) and keep the Magnification Ratio to 25 or 50%. You just have to wait for the Preview to fully render and have sufficient system resources to allow a few seconds of real-time playback. If you are short on system resources, you can set the Preview to skip one or two frames when previewing and get longer previews.
