My clean video glitches in the project preview and when exporting

I added my clips into my project and they looked fine. Then, I added my adjusment layer and applied the preset that made the quality look better, but then I saw there were these flashes were the video glitches out like the video I posted. I thought it would go away when I exported but it didn't. Any fix to get rid of the glitches?
