My graph editor is weird (Specifically speed graphs)

Hi, im new to after effects.

I've tried to use this app MANY times and every single time my graph is like this, no matter how many times i re-install, look for fixes, and so on i cant figure it out.

This is a speed graph and the dimensions are not seperated, All tutorials ive seen have normal and easier to understand graphs like this

Everyone i asked just told me to not seperate dimensions or change to speed graph but i already did both of these things, i really need help with this as its stopping me from going anywhere with this app and i've experienced it for months

I probably sound stupid if the fix is simple but thanks in advance
