My internet is noticeably slower when using after effects

Question

I know this is such a first-world problem but recently I seem to have a slower internet connection when using after effects and Chrome at the same time.

I have not had this issue before and I know it's not just my router because other devices are loading webpages fine.

I would just like to be able to watch a podcast or tutorial while editing if possible does anyone know what I might be the issue

here are my computer specs

CPU:3900x

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB

SSD: Crucial MX500 500 GB

Start by deleting your internet conection in the system panel and letting Windows reinstate a new one. This may already resolve the issue. Beyond that you can of course always do a full reset in the command line with netsh. Point in case: Chances are that you have some pre-existing old network bindings that get in the way of the Adobe stuff and it may simply need a clean start.
