My iphone wont play a rendered After Effects animation

Hi there, 

 

I hope someone could help me out with an issue I am having with a rendered animation from after effects. I want to post an animation on Instagram but my phone wont read the H.264 video. I keep getting this message "sorry, this type of video cannot be saved to this device". What I am I doing wrong, what setting can I choose so that my iphone can play my video?

Do you save the original file on your Mac? Can you send it to the iPhone via AirDrop?

Well I saved the original file on my desktop and then I save the rendered animation onto my hardrive and try to airdrop it from my hardrive to my iPhone. Could this be the problem?
